Welcome to the home of Romagnola Beef Genetics!
Romagnola Beef Genetics is located at "Bulala" 45 kilometres south west of Roma, Queensland, Australia and is home to some of the world's finest Romagnola cattle.

The Romagnola breed is growing in popularity in Australia and around the world as beef producers look to increase weight gain, market compliance and eating quality through cattle that also have the adaptive, maternal and reproductive traits to thrive in any environment.

Matt and Anna Ahern, principals of Romagnola Beef Genetics, are leading seedstock producers dedicated to the development and promotion of the Romagnola breed globally. They travel extensively within Australia and overseas to source the best Romagnola genetics available and to build relationships with their clients and other breeders.
Romagnola Beef Genetics was born out of our own commercial operation so we know what factors influence the ability to make money.

We have always selected our cattle with the end market requirements in mind while never taking our eye off the fact that they need to be able to live in any environment and handle tough country and dry times.
